THE BAKER – crispy pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven: From the very first moment THE BAKER set itself the ambitious goal of making real pizzas that taste just as good as they do in Italy. THE BAKER relies on a traditional production method. The dough is prepared fresh daily using an award-winning pizza flour from Italy and then left to rest for 24 to 36 hours. Topped with the best regional ingredients, THE BAKER offers authentic Italian classics at their best, baked crispy at 350° in an original Marana Forni oven. By the way: THE BAKER also prepares gluten-free Pinsa creations to suit your needs.

 

THE BUTCHER – juicy steaks & burgers from the grill: The secret behind the tender steaks: best meat quality, smoky aromas from the open fire and uncompromising passion for the product! The high temperature of the Josper grill seals in the flavor of the premium cuts. THE BUTCHER uses only selected cuts of meat for its burger patties, guaranteeing excellent product quality. To ensure that the burgers taste really good, the burger bread must not go limp. The brioche buns are made from the best raw materials from THE BAKER and refined with a light sweetness, a wheat flour base, egg and milk.

 

THE BREWER – the finest craft beer from the fired brewing kettle: THE BREWER has been relying on the ideal combination of traditional craftsmanship and state-of-the-art technology in its own family brewery for more than 375 years. The maturation of the beer specialties is accompanied with the utmost care and the natural processes are given the appropriate time during open fermentation and storage – all for the sake of taste. Brewing takes place in a direct-fired copper brewhouse. The high temperatures at the bottom of the pan then create the unmistakable character of Raschhof beers. But the international bottled beers are also impressive. The range includes more than 30 different craft beer varieties from numerous countries.
