Customer information at LAGO

We are here for you – Our team at the customer information desk will help you with any questions about the center or tips about the city of Constance and Lake Constance.
Here you will also find the sale of LAGO vouchers and other services. The customer information desk is on the first floor.

LAGO ELEVATORS

Convenient and barrier-free – At LAGO Shopping-Center, large elevators connect all floors and parking levels. They are comfortable and wheelchair-accessible.

Accessible toilets at LAGO

Barrier-free restrooms – LAGO’s basement and 1st-floor lavatories also include accessible toilets. A corresponding sign above the door indicates the access.

Dogs at LAGO

Four-legged friends are welcome to stay with us. However, they must be kept on a leash and will have to wait outside the food courts and the dm-drogerie markt.

MAILBOX IN LAGO

Send your mail from LAGO. There is a mailbox ready for you to use. You will find it on the first floor, exit Wiesenweg, near the customer information desk.

WHEELCHAIR RENTAL

For emergencies or Persons with Reduced Mobility – A wheelchair is available at the customer information desk on the first floor, which you can borrow quickly and easily for a 20€ deposit. If you are interested, simply contact the customer information desk. Borrowing is free of charge – the deposit will be refunded upon return.

LOCKERS AT LAGO

Have your hands free. – You will find the lockers on the 1st floor, next to the elevator and the ATM.
The use is free of charge. Our upper lockers measure 50x40x40 cm, while the lower ones measure 50x40x60 cm. Please use the lockers exclusively during your stay at LAGO, and don’t forget to empty them again after shopping!

DIAPER-CHANGING ROOMS

Babies welcome – In the basement and on the 1st floor, you will find restrooms and comfortable diaper-changing rooms so that even the little ones feel comfy.

WIFI

Surfing and shopping – At LAGO, you can use our free WIFI. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our team at the customer information desk.
