ALWAYS A PLEASURE: SUNDAY OPEN DAY

IN THE MOOD FOR A STROLL – FROM THE CATHEDRAL TO LAGO

There are two Sundays a year when you can experience Constance at its liveliest: the first of these is this Sunday, 31 May, from 12 noon to 5 pm. Of course, you’ll find new favourite items and tasty treats not only between Marktstätte, Obermarkt and Rosgartenstraße, but also on every floor of LAGO.

In addition, some of the historic city towers (Schnetztor, Pulverturm & Rheintorturm) will open their doors – including guided tours, music and refreshments. If you like, you can also rediscover Konstanz on a free, one-hour guided tour of the city (2 pm, 3 pm & 4 pm; Starting point: at the cathedral or at 4 pm at the Lutherkirche – registration required at the Tourist Information office in the station).

Tip: Over the weekend of 29–31 May, the International Lake Constance Week will also take place, featuring a maritime market around the harbour. Sailing regattas, sea air and authentic harbour atmosphere included!
