How much does parking cost at LAGO?

Daily rate (Monday to Sunday from 07:00 am to 08:00 pm)

Loss of parking card
You can obtain a replacement parking card at the customer information desk on the ground floor. This costs €34.00 (€10.00 parking card deposit plus a daily maximum of €24.00). The deposit of €10.00 will be refunded to you if the lost parking card is recovered.

PAY WITH THE LAGO PARK VALUE CARD

With the value card, you can park even more conveniently and cheaply in LAGO’s parking garage. This can be purchased at the customer information desk on the ground floor for a €5.00 deposit and then topped up at the parking garage’s eleven pay stations in €5 increments. Not only is the amount of the deposited credit added to the park value card, but it includes an additional 20 percent bonus. For example, if you deposit €10.00, you will receive a €12.00 credit.

Paying with the card is then very easy: When entering the LAGO parking garage, hold the card to the reading area of the station until the gate opens. The card is read and the current balance is displayed. The procedure is the same when exiting.

The prepaid card does not expire, the credit remains valid indefinitely. When returning the prepaid card to the customer information desk, only the deposit amount of €5.00 will be refunded. Any remaining credit will be forfeited and will not be paid out.

ACCESSSIBLE PARKING IN THE LAGO PARKING GARAGE

Barrier-free: from parking to shopping – We have reserved four parking spaces for people with mobility impairments. You will find them on parking level P1 in areas B and C. From here you can reach LAGO’s stores, restaurants, and cafés barrier-free and within a short distance.

PARKING SPACES FOR WOMEN IN LAGO’S PARKING GARAGE

Female customers can park extra comfortably – As a female LAGO customer, you will find 46 parking spaces reserved for women: secure and well-lit, on levels P1, P8, and P9.

ECO-ELECTRICITY FILLING STATION IN LAGO’S PARKING GARAGE

Service for your e-car – you can shop while your electric car charges: In the LAGO parking garage at level P4 directly at the entrance, you will find a green electricity filling station of the Stadtwerke Konstanz. Here, you can park for up to 2 hours free of charge on weekdays!

Parking is only allowed during the charging process. Parking without charging is not allowed. It is only possible to charge at one of the two sockets per charging point.

The parking guidance system of the city of Constance

More than 40 parking guidance signs of the city of Constance inform you about free parking spaces and the locations of parking garages throughout the city. In addition, dynamic signs on the outskirts of the city indicate the traffic situation and explain how to get to the Park & Ride lots.

Parking garages

You can reach the parking garage Augustiner/Karstadt via the entrance in Bruderturmgasse, the parking garage Marktstätte via Dammgasse. The entrance to the parking garage Fischmarkt is located at Salmannsweilergasse 1, the entrance to the parking garage Altstadt is located at Untere Laube 26.

Parking spaces

On Constance’s parking lot Döbele – which is subject to charges – you park close to LAGO Shopping-Center and near the city center. Parking is possible around the clock. The access road is located at the rotary of Grenzbachstraße.

Customers arriving by car from Switzerland can also use the metered parking lot on the Swiss side at the Bodensee-Arena at Seestraße in the immediate vicinity of LAGO.

Park&Ride

Park&Ride lots save you the hassle of searching for a parking space in the city center. You will find them at the northern bridgehead of the Neue Rhein Brücke (parking lot “Bodenseeforum”). From there, board the bus line 13/4 at Max-Stromeyer-Straße and travel comfortably in ten minutes to Marktstätte in the immediate vicinity of LAGO.
