TAXFREE SHOPPING – Advantages for Swiss and other non-EU customers

Customers with their main residence in Switzerland (or in other non-EU countries) can save a lot of money with the VAT refund. Many LAGO stores keep the green export forms or tax-free forms for tax-free export of the goods ready and thus enable you a quick and smooth process at customs.

Please always observe compliance with the prescribed maximum quantities for the import of foodstuffs, tobacco and alcoholic beverages for private individuals.

The main customs office Singen offers you an additional handling possibility for export tickets in the city area of Constance: at the parking lot of the Bodenseeforum, directly next to the Mobilpunkt Seerhein. The service is available Monday to Saturday from 09:00 – 21:00 and is valid for export tickets up to max. 275 Euro purchase value (gross; all AKZ added) per person and day. At the other Constance border crossings, export tickets without a value limit will continue to be confirmed.
