COZY ME TIME: AUTUMN BY THE LAKE IN 2 DESIGNS
AUTUMN LIGHT AND SEA AIR – A WALK IN PICTURES
Golden leaves, calm waters, clear air (and occasionally a little fog): the two new scenes in our LAGO campaign tell of slowing down, taking little breaks, and that special autumn tranquility by the lake. Our dream destination in a new look – designed by Berlin-based illustrator and designer Yordanka Poleganova.
Yordanka originally studied product design, but soon specialized in visual communication. Her style is playful and colorful, yet clear and precise. “It’s important to me that my illustrations radiate joy, while maintaining a certain graphic rigor and composition.” Colors, patterns, and fashion play a central role in her work. “For me, they are like their own visual language—they convey moods, characters, and the unique spirit of the times.”
This can also be seen in her illustrations for LAGO: “My goal was to convey a feeling of security and change at the same time,” she explains. She was inspired by the warm colors and natural beauty of the season – translated into organic shapes, memories and impressions from Konstanz, and fashionable elements that represent LAGO.
The second motif radiates calm and warmth: a woman sits by the window in a light-filled café, reading, enjoying a croissant and coffee – in the background, boats sail calmly on the water, and the Alps shimmer in the distance. The palette: petrol blue, beige, muted orange – calm, clear, autumnal.
Both motifs pick up on the nostalgic retro character of the annual campaign – and translate it into the cozy mood of autumn. The center conveys this feeling to you right in the entrance area. And the LAGO website also has a new seasonal look.
