WE GIVE FEMALE BUSINESS A STAGE

Our “Female Business Brunch – Women Lead Retail” is an exclusive event for women in leadership positions, entrepreneurs, founders – and anyone who wants to become one. It follows on October 18 from the Female Business Days (October 15–17, 2025) as part of the Baden-Württemberg Women’s Business Days. With this format, we want to create a space for exchange, mutual inspiration, and networking among women from the region.

Even though our FBB is only open to invited guests on site, we’ll take you along digitally: We’ll be broadcasting the moderated talk, the heart of the event, live on our Instagram channel @lagokonstanz!

OF PERSPECTIVES & PLANS

On the podium: the new center manager of LAGO, who will also be officially introducing herself at this event. At her side: Lisa Vollmayer (oenologist & sommelier, whom you may already know from one of our recent magazine articles) and Sarah Kokal (founder of we samay). Three women, three careers – and many exciting insights into successes, turning points, and challenges. The panel will be moderated by Lara V. Nerpel (Head of City Marketing).

The livestream will start on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at around 11 a.m. – directly from the Private Room of the Golden Bar at LAGO. For around an hour, you can expect exciting insights into professional experiences, opportunities, and personal decisions.
