Dear customers,
We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused in connection with the redeeming of LAGO vouchers and thank you for your patience so far.
Since the beginning of March 2025, the LAGO shopping center has been under the new management of CBRE GmbH. In the course of this change of operator, we are working at full speed on the introduction of a new, digital voucher system. Unfortunately, there have been technical transitional problems that make it difficult to redeem vouchers that have already been purchased.
Vouchers that have already been purchased will of course remain valid. As soon as the new system is implemented, old vouchers can be exchanged 1:1 for new ones and redeemed as usual.
We understand your irritation and take your feedback very seriously. All previous inquiries will be answered as quickly as possible as soon as the technical solution has been implemented.
