SHOPPING & STROLLING – FROM THE OLD TOWN TO THE LAKE

Constance comes alive on two Sundays a year: On June 15 from noon to 5 p.m. and on October 12, 2025, the city invites you to stroll and browse. Of course, you will not only find new favorite pieces and delicacies in the boutiques and stalls in the old town, but also on all LAGO floors.

EXCITING ACTIVITIES FOR YOUNG AND OLD

In addition to the shopping fun, there will be numerous hands-on activities on Augustinerplatz – from the fire department to sports clubs and the district traffic watch. In addition, some of the historic city towers (Schnetztor, Pulverturm & Rheintorturm) open their doors – including guided tours, music and refreshments. If you like, you can also explore Constance on a free city tour (2, 3 & 4 pm; start: at the cathedral – registration required at the tourist information office in the train station).

CULINARY DELIGHTS & STALLS

Whether grilled sausage, crêpes or langos – your physical well-being will be catered for at various places in the city. Refreshing, non-alcoholic drinks are available on almost every corner. If you fancy a browse in the open air, you’ll find information stands and small stalls selling decorative items and more.
