As summer slowly transitions into fall, Lake Constance enters THE most enjoyable time of the year: among vineyards, half-timbered houses, or directly on the lake shore, people gather at wine festivals to enjoy regional delicacies and spend pleasant hours together. Many festivals offer not only excellent wines, but also live music, sweet and savory delicacies, and a very special atmosphere. We’ll show you the top addresses—listed chronologically by date.
30.07.–02.08.2025: Konstanzer Weinfest
In the heart of the old town, Stephansplatz, which is usually only bustling on market days (Tuesdays and Fridays), becomes a wine stronghold: the Konstanz Wine Festival is considered one of the most atmospheric in the region. For four days, visitors can enjoy regional wines, delicious snacks, and a musical lineup that keeps the party going until 1 a.m. Highlight: The legendary “Münchner G’schichten” (Munich stories) on Saturday evening.

01.–03.08.2025: Wein- & Fischfest Reichenau
At the marina on Reichenau, fine wine meets freshly caught Lake Constance fish at the 44th Wine and Fish Festival. Eleven Reichenau associations provide culinary diversity, from fish crisps to island wine from winemaker Julian Moser. Particularly charming: those who arrive by shuttle bus or boat can already feel the island flair on the way there. Our tip for anyone who wants to enjoy wine right by the water!

02.–03.08.2025: Hagnauer Weinfest
Cozy and welcoming: locals and visitors celebrate a weekend of brass band music, aromatic wines, and genuine conviviality at the Hagnau Wine Festival on the Torkelwiese. In addition to classic wine tastings, you can expect music clubs, an activity area for children, and various delicacies. Perfect for those who like things a little quieter but just as enjoyable.

08.–09.08.2025: Winzerfest Nonnenhorn
Get ready for some Bavarian heartiness: around 50 wines from Lake Constance vintners will be paired with pretzels, soul food, Dinnete, Kässpätzle, and more in Nonnenhorn. All this right on the lake shore—with a view of the water, music, and festively decorated wine stands. Perfect for those looking for a wine festival with a lake view.

21.–24.08.2025: Weinwiese Überlingen
After Bodman-Ludwigshafen, the Weinwiese wine festival will be stopping off at Überlingen’s Uferpark at the end of May! Well-known wineries from the region will serve their finest wines in lovingly decorated wooden huts adorned with fairy lights. There will also be DJ sets, live bands, and a colorful family program on Sunday. Perfect for connoisseurs, Instagram fans, and anyone who likes to combine wine with lifestyle and a unique backdrop.

22.–23.08.2025: Stettener Weinfest
An insider tip among Lake Constance wine festivals: Stetten is located between Meersburg and Hagnau, in the middle of the largest contiguous wine-growing region on the lake. There, on the idyllic Goesbichl, the small but exquisite wine festival takes place—with lots of charm and plenty of oven-fresh Dinnele. The host is the volunteer fire department, which has organized a party band and music association for the two days. The Stetten Wine Festival? Authentic, warm, and very personal.

From brass band music to rock night – there’s plenty going on in Meckenbeuren, now in its 66th year. For four days, young and old gather in and around the wine tent to celebrate with bands such as “Papi’s Pumpels,” “Fallout Lips,” and others – until the traditional Feierabendhock with the music association, friends, and neighbors on Monday evening. For everyone who doesn’t just want to raise a glass, but also wants to party in a great atmosphere.

Want to experience Swiss wine culture? Do it in style at the Wiiprob in Schaffhausen. Over 30 regional winemakers present their wines in the historic monastery courtyard – complete with tastings and specialities from the country women. If you can’t get enough of wine events with wow factor, this is THE place to be! High up on the rooftop terrace of the Glorious Garden, the wine therapists, who will accompany you through the evening with charming anecdotes and insider knowledge, invite you to “WINE & BEATS.” You can expect a selection of over 40 wines from 8 Lake Constance winemakers, a Bastards-style flying menu, and DJ sounds until the afterparty. 29.–30.08.2025: Weinfest Immenstaad
Celebrations take place on Rathausplatz square – in front of historic half-timbered buildings, atmospherically decorated with fairy lights and colorful umbrellas. Regional winemakers and live music ranging from pop to folk music are also part of the festivities. Small, charming, and wonderfully inviting – perfect for a late summer wine weekend.

Celebrated for over 50 years – and still a crowd favorite: In Bermatingen, the wine festival takes place in atmospheric vine arbors and historic vaulted cellars. Clubs serve regional wines, accompanied by Swabian specialties and a musical program that also invites visitors to dance. Highlights: the wine hike on Saturday and the morning pint on Sunday – all surrounded by romantic half-timbered houses.

On September 6, the small district of Bankholzen will be hosting a grand event featuring wines from the Vollmayer Winery, entertainment by music associations, and classic wine festival snacks such as tarte flambée, cheese, and bacon bread. If you like a relaxed and down-to-earth atmosphere, this is the place for you.

06.09.2025: Weinfest Berlingen (CH)
Berlingen is also inviting visitors on the same Saturday: on September 6, the Swiss village on Lake Untersee will become a small paradise of indulgence. At the 27th wine festival, local winemakers will be serving fine Berlingen wines – from Müller-Thurgau and Pinot Noir to Heida and Gamaret. Accompanied by music and typical Berlingen hospitality, visitors can laugh and celebrate in lovingly designed taverns. You can get there and back by boat and train every half hour.
